Originally from Guatemala, Sandra moved to Fort McMurray 18 years ago with her husband and two children, seeking new opportunities and a better future. Since then, she has had the privilege of working in the Oil Sands, specializing in Supply Management. Over the years, Sandra has developed a deep appreciation for this community and is passionate about giving back.
As a volunteer at the Fort McMurray Centre of Hope, Sandra eager to make a positive impact by supporting those in need. Her experiences in both her professional and personal life have taught her the importance of compassion, teamwork, and helping others, and she is committed to contributing her time and skills to this wonderful organization.
Sandra is proud to be part of a community that values kindness and generosity, and she looks forward to being a part of the Centre of Hope’s mission to provide care and support to those in our region.
