Jennifer McKenzie is an Operations Supervisor with Connect Group Inc., where she oversees administrative functions, leads enterprise systems development, and spearheads community engagement. She also serves as Chair of the organization’s PAR Committee, helping to shape culture, equity, and meaningful employee experience across the company. Known for her strategic operational perspective and collaborative leadership style, Jennifer plays a key role in strengthening both internal processes and organizational culture.

Alongside her position with the Board of Directors, Jennifer also serves on the Homelessness Initiatives Strategic Committee for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB), where she contributes to policy discussions, regional collaboration, and community-focused planning. She is also an Ambassador for CASA Mental Health, supporting mental health advocacy and community awareness.

Born and raised in Fort McMurray, Jennifer is a graduate of Westwood Community High School and is currently working on obtaining her Human Resources Management Certificate. As a first-generation resident of the region, she holds deep pride in calling Fort McMurray home and is passionate about contributing to its growth and vibrancy. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, she is actively involved in her family life and especially enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew.
