“Mom how can we help the homeless?”
These were the words Michael Bridgeman, a 6 year old kindergarten student asked his mom Michelle after being informed there were people living in homelessness in Fort Mcmurray. He was then educated on The Centre Of Hope daytime drop in centre and he knew he wanted to do something to raise money for the homeless. Michael then, with help, designed 500 pins with the letter H being the focal point to represent “Homelessness” & “Hope” and sold them throughout the community and gave his earnings of $1138.26 to those in need at The Centre Of Hope. We could all use more Michael in this world, he is truly an inspiration to everyone! Thank you Michael!
