Creating Positive Change for Individuals experiencing homelessness or at Risk of Homelessness

At the Centre of Hope, we are dedicated to supporting individuals facing homelessness through collaboration with the community and its support systems.

Founded in 2005, our agency operates with a vision of “Addressing homelessness by encouraging change; through love, kindness, and acceptance.” We help individuals move toward self-sufficiency, offering support and resources to those experiencing homelessness and those at risk.
